Executive Assistant
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- 2 years’ marketing and or admin experience preferred, but not required
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects at once
- Responsibilities include:
- Client management/oversight
- Lead client interactions and ensure satisfaction/compliance
- Run various accounting reports to assess clients’ financial standing
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google products - should have intermediate skills at a minimum, as these product suites are used daily throughout all aspects of the firm
- Light marketing
- Utilize excellent customer service skills (especially on the phone and in client meetings)
- Maintain brand consistency within office and across all social platforms
- Meet firm goals by recruiting prospective clients (mostly through lead follow-up or an occasional cold call)
- Suggest ideas for social media posts across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, & Twitter) & office events (such as birthday/anniversary celebrations, employee outings, etc.)
- Proofread all client-facing marketing materials, such as emails to prospective/current clients, firm announcements, etc.
- Connect with community to maintain and advance firm’s positive public image
- General office management duties
- Lead office efforts to streamline productivity & support firm goals
- Possible A/P & A/R duties, such as paying bills or depositing checks in a timely manner
- Day-to-day office duties such as client interaction/correspondence, scheduling, maintaining office supply levels, troubleshooting basic technical issues, etc.
- Comply with all accounting and tax standards; includes ensuring other employees are up-to-date with CPA & IRS requirements (if applicable)
