What do you like best about working for Summersgill CPA? My job is truly rewarding! In the four years I have been with the firm, I've gained a wealth of knowledge and cherish the relationships that I've developed with our clients and my colleagues.
If you could do another job just for one day, what would it be? Ever since junior high, I dreamt of being a Broadway dancer. So, if for only one day, that would be my choice.
Where is the best place you've traveled to and why? I would have to say the beautiful state of Colorado—where my grandmother lived. I loved being able to see the mountain range from her front yard. The landscape is so vast and very different from Louisiana.
What is your best business advisory related tip for businesses? I recommend keeping up with your income and expenses on a monthly basis. It is much easier than trying to gather all of your information and remember what everything was for at year-end.
People would be surprised to know: My husband and I met when we were in high school while working at the local movie theater.
What is the best book you have ever read? The Harry Potter Series...I love them all. I can't pick just one.
What is your personal philosophy? Be kind to others.
